I got a chance to exchange a few words with the chef (Claudia) and she explained how she only likes to use natural and organic ingredients and I personally find that pretty interesting because most restaurants here don't use fresh or imported products like From Scratch. For example one thing I fell in love with is the imported bresaola from Italy, cant even explain how good it is, just gotta go there and try it yourself. VERY WELCOMING place!!!
